We collect personal data during your interactions with our platform, such as when you register for participation of our courses. The import of your personal data can be done with a synchronization between Wienerberger Active Directory and the trainings platform or users can be imported via CSV.

We may collect the following information when you use our training platform:

• Name and last name (required)
• Job title (optional)
• Manager (optional)
• Department/Team (for membership categorization)
• Business-Email
• IP address
• Compliance and learning records
• Company
• Company Location

 

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data serves various purposes:

• To create and maintain your account, deliver training content, and provide support.

• Legitimate interest of the company
• Creation of using statistics and learning progress

• With your legal entity due to training fulfillment reasons

7. Cloud Infrastructure

The Platform is hosted with Internex / Interxion in Vienna. Backups are saved at DataSix in Vienna.

8. Data Retention Period

Personal data is backed up and retained in accordance with GDPR principles. We will retain your personal data 24 month to fulfill the purpose of satisfying any legal or reporting requirements. After this period your data will be kept anonymized.

9. Platform Type

cBook by CREATE is a web application.

10. Security

We employ reasonable measures to secure your personal information. Technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection and security are established.

11. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or other reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes and the updated statement will be posted on our platform.
